We love our customers!
We like to answer the phone when customers call. We like to listen to what they need from us and to act upon that advice. We seek to get feedback on our service from our customers: we know that without them we have no business. After each of the first few cleans in your home we will be in touch to be sure you're happy with our work. We employ a research company (currently the MSR Group) to independently gather information from our customers so that we can learn how to improve further.
Responsible, caring employers
We take the business of employing people seriously. After all, a happy employee is going to be the one to deliver the best quality customer service! We do this by treating all our team with respect: we pay an industry leading wage, offer paid holidays, earned vacation, personal days and access to Aflac & Health Plans.
We only employ legitimate, background checked people. We insure them as required by law but also additionally to cover for third party liability. This means you know you're dealing with a reputable business.

Whilst we are part of a franchise network we are locally owned and operated. We wish to grow our business in a responsible manner within our local communities. We're very proud to support Cleaning for a Reason. This organization coordinates the provision of free home cleaning services to support those unfortunate enough to be battling cancer.
