Q. Are you insured and bonded?
A.Yes we carry all insurance required by law and additional third party liability insurances. All our teams are also bonded. We are happy to provide a cover note proving insurances in place should you wish one.

Q. How do you protect my keys?
A. We like to keep our customers keys as it helps ensure access! Each key is logged on a numbered tag and given to the team in the morning. We are sure to recover the keys in the evening and they are placed in a locked box with no reference available as to which homes they relate to. Just in case our insurance does cover any loss but we prefer to be as careful as possible.
Q. Will I always have the same team?
A. We always want to send the same people back to your home. Sometimes circumstances will prevent us from doing so (such as holidays, weather conditions, schedule changes, illness) and another of our team leaders may be scheduled. Regardless we always guarantee our work.

Q. Are teams trained and supervised?
A. Team members are trained before they're permitted to enter your home. Training continues as we learn about new products / methods and to reinforce prior training. Each team includes a team leader to see that cleaning tasks are correctly completed. Our Field Leaders make periodic visits to homes to ensure we're meeting service commitments.

Q. How many people will clean my home?
A. We usually work in teams of four cleaning professionals, one of whom is a team leader. Four-person teams prove to be the most efficient because each employee can concentrate on a specific task while in your home. In the infrequent event that someone on the team cannot be present, the three remaining team members ensure that your house will be cleaned on the day we promise to clean it.

Q. How do I pay for your services?
A. Payment is due at time of service. You may pay by cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. We do prefer checks as they cost less to process!! On regularly scheduled visits, we ask you to leave payment on the kitchen counter and we will leave you a thank you card by way of receipt. If you prefer to pay by credit card, we'll handle that process from our office.

A. YES!
Q. Must I be home when you clean?
A. It isn’t necessary although may be helpful for the first clean since you get to meet your team and to explain any particular requirements to the Team Leader and Manager.
