We hate answering machines, so we try to answer the phone when our customers call. We like to listen to what they need from us and to act upon that advice. We don’t want to be annoying to our customers but getting feedback on our service is essential, after all: we know that without customers, we have no business! Therefore after each of the first few cleans in your home we will be in touch to be sure you’re happy with our work. We employ a research company (currently the MSR Group) to independently gather information from our customers so that we can learn how to improve further. Additionally every quarter we reach out for further guidance.

Responsible, caring employers

We take the business of employing people seriously. After all, a happy employee is going to be the one to deliver the best quality customer service! We do this by treating all our team with respect: we pay an industry leading wage, offer paid holidays, earned vacation, personal days and access to Afflac & Health Plans.

We only employ legitimate, background checked people. We insure them as required by law but also additionally to cover for third party liability. This means you know you’re dealing with a reputable business.

We want our team to be comfortable and effective in their roles. That is why we always continuously retrain everyone in our business. It keeps us on the top of our game! For those interested and capable we also offer the opportunity to grow their income and careers by taking on additional responsibility.  Each of our managers understands this having started as team members.

Growing responsibly within our Communities

We are part of a franchise network but are locally owned and operated. We look to grow our business in a responsible manner within our local communities and are regularly supporting our local schools & churches fund raisers. We are also very proud to support Cleaning for a Reason. This organization coordinates the provision of complimentary home cleaning services to support those unfortunate enough to be battling cancer. We have just been awarded their Bronze award to mark our first full year of support.
