Based on route 109 in Medway we proudly serve towns as far away as Natick & Dover to our east, Framingham & Southborough to our North, Grafton & Uxbridge to the west and The Attleboro's, Wrentham & Norfolk to our south (and all the towns in-between!). We have a dedicated and experienced management team with many years' experience with us in The Maids. Everyone on our team is focused on ensuring your home receives the most thorough house cleaning ever.
Jena - Operations VP
Jena has overall responsibility for the operation of the business. Unusually for our business, until she joined us she had no cleaning experience at all! Rather Jena as gained valuable knowledge working for Walmart as a regional trainer and Co-Store manager. This is enabling her to further improve the way we go about delivering the best possible product to all our customers.
Paula - Manager of Service Delivery
Paula is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our house cleaning teams. Having started as a team member in 1998 and subsequently leading a team, Paula has an experienced understanding of what thorough house cleaning is. Promoted to Training Manager in 2001, Paula has helped guide the growth of our business through the setting of high standards of quality of service. Paula grew up and still lives in Bellingham with her family.
Teresa - Customer Service Manager
Teresa joined our team as a team member in 2002 and is now our Customer Service Manager. It is likely that Teresa will be the first person answering our telephone during the day. Along with dealing with any customer phone calls, she is responsible for the setting and overseeing our cleaning schedule each day. Originally from Rhode Island, Danielle lives in Woonsocket with her family.
Julio - Training Manager
Julio is responsible for working with our teams out in the field. Over 90% of Julio's day is spent in customers' homes, supporting the teams to deliver excellent service through regular re-training and the training of our new team members. Our newest member of our management team Julio joined us in 2009.
Theresa - Sales Manager
She has experience in The Maids as a team member, team leader, customer service manager and now Sales Manager, Theresa is perfectly placed to assist new customer enquiries. She can guide you through our services, understand your specific requirements for your home and give an accurate, reliable estimate right over the phone!
